I don't know what the dealio is with the forum time jumping around.  I had set it at the admin level before and it was off again - by like 6 hours.

I have updated the time offset for the forums, at the top level.  So if you have an offset set up in your own profile, you can change that offset back to 0, as in zero, nada, zip, ziltch.

Sorry for the yo-yo'ing but my OCD got to me and I figured newbies shouldn't have to change that setting.
