well, I completed the refinish restorer restoration of my cladding yesterday.  It turned out awesome.  The cladding is now all the same color and it is a nice dark grey!

If there are areas that are very bad, then this stuff may not help.  I have some corners on my bed panels that are still not perfect, but for the most part, the truck cladding looks brand new.

After the GTG, I ran my truck through the touch free car wash (it was supposed to be done before any body looked at it).  I had the panerls done already and was curious to see how they held up.  No difference I can see (no effect by the wash), and water just beaded up on it.  It was amazing.

Here is how I did the panels (very bad).
1 Scrub with dish soap and nylon brush (I used my whell brush)
2 rinse
3 Wipe down with denatured alcohol
4 apply coat of Refinish restorer (RR)
5 wait 10 hours
6 apply 2nd coat of refinish restorer

Here is how the body cladding was done (not too bad as far as discoloration except the sail)
7 go to CO Av GTG at Rockyard
8 run truck through carwash
9 tape truck
10wipe down with denatured alcohol
11 apply first coat of RR
12 wait 6 hours apply second coat of RR.

I have before pics a process pic, and will get some completed jjob pics in a few hours.

Can't post pictures thoughLOL

Looking at the final picture, I hope you can see how well this stuff worked to bring the color to the plastic.  I can get a better picture of the panels as well.

Me looking at the picture: I think the pinstripes need to go (especially since they are damaged in places, and the leveling kit is going to be sweet.  Painted wheels will surely be done too, though my wife thinks it would be too muck dark coloring then...there will still be steps...at least until I get up the nerve to either have then rhino-lined/or powdercoated.

The vast majority of it.  I am going to do all the plastics on my wifes 1995 4 runner as well.  But there isn't much to do for hers.  I would suspect I have enough to do my truck about 10 more times (at a minimum).

On the other web site, they are saying they are not getting that many uses out of theirs.  I'll have to pick up a good measuring device that isn't used for cooking and see how much I have left exactly.

I did not do my whole wheel well though.  I need ot get in there and scrub them out very well.  That will not take very much RR though.

If you want to do yours, let me know.  We can get together sometime.

I'll be on vacation until Monday, then putting a leveling kit on the following Saturday.  Saturday after that is the next GTG, weekend after that is my birthday so will likely be busy in the afternoon, but my wife plays in a soccer league up near Ralston Reservoir/Long Lakes, so we may be able to meet up then.
