Colorado Av Club Forums: Next GTG???

Message

   Well I contacted chadstr about having another GTG in Castle Rock this weekend but realized that it was Father's Day Weekend.

I know lots of folks are interested in the RR for Cladding.  

Have many of you done this yet or has all the rain delayed your attempts so far?  

Does anyone have a location in mind to do this?  

I have a couple of canopies that I can bring to keep folks out of the sun while they apply the RR.  If we get a place to do it and bring a grill we can do hamburgers & hotdogs.

	you know i was talking to mark about another gtg and he was on board. Maybee we all can put in a order for RR and i know chad was looking for a grill if he hasnt got it. I was going to order a wire for my stereo that i was denied on last gtg. If any one is up for this please send me a msg with what you would want and i will get mark to set a date..... Ps he wants to add all chevy trucks.. he wants more sales so lets help the guy out. He does this for us ONLY.. so refer any one who would want to attend.We could make it a event sponsered by jazz it up and colo avs club. give me some feed back. Thanks>>>> SHAWNEMAC

	I would be interested, I still want that grill, however I dont have or know anybody else that may be interested in going.

	We could do it as a recruiting function for the club and new members. Also just invite other chevys for mark and Jazz It Up. We can make up a flyer like the buisness cards you leave for the tag. 	Well Im gonna go out on a limb here and set up another GTG at Springs Auto and Truck. Im gonna set it up for September sometime....so if needed we can start another thread and from there just add your names like before....anyone whos been there at the former GTGs at Springs auto already knows what to expect. If enough members are interested Ill pursue a date and post it. Ken

	on my last post no one seemed interested about jazz it up. if you are we can get in there. let me know who is interested in gtg at jazz it up... we have not touched the proposed list of gtgs this year shawnemac

	Ken, yea start up a thread to check out interest. Shawn, Im interested in the Jazz it up, I just dont know how profitable it is for Mark. Besides that, the money issues that most all are feeling wont help the issue. LIFE...the reason the proposed GTG have fallen short. Between work or lack of, its tough to keep things going, but I will say thanks to all that have supported the GTG we have had, as well as those that have arranged them. The support has been alot better lately, and its the enthusiasm that makes the club work and helps keep people interested.

	I have to agree with Chad... from my end money is real short... I want to thank Shawn and Ken. I'll show up for anything if we can get it set up (@ Jazz It Up or Springs Auto & Truck). I just can't spend money on any mods My latest mod was a new battery... I noticed that my saddlebag and tailgate locks weren't working very well... I was picturing having to replace the actuators... Then the battery crapped out completely... took it to Autozone and they checked it over and had .7 out of 12 volts! New redtop Optima and low and behold... the locks are working like a champ once more!
