Well, it looks like I got the email thing configured correctly! You can subscribe/unsubscribe to threads by clicking the "Toggle Email notification for this topic" link just under the last post displayed for the thread on the page. If you aren't currently subscribed, it will pop up a window that says you will be notified by email of all replies in this Topic:  If you were already subscribed, it will tell you that you will not be notified by email of replies in this Topic:  Or, you can click the checkbox "Email Notify me of Replies" underneath the window where you type a message (this is there for both a quick reply and a normal reply and when you are starting a new thread).
